Couples may request Brad or Dana Thomas; selection is subject to availability and will be confirmed before booking.
Marriage license
Couples are responsible for obtaining and presenting a valid marriage license before the ceremony. Texas generally requires a 72-hour waiting period after issuance unless an exception applies. Your officiant will complete and sign the license after the ceremony. For licenses issued by Tarrant, Hood, Johnson, Parker, or Wise County, personal delivery to the issuing county clerk’s office is included in your package. A license must be returned to the county clerk that issued it, even if the ceremony occurs in another county. For licenses issued outside the five listed counties, return arrangements will be agreed upon before booking.
Marriage license Return
Includes completion, signing, and personal delivery to the issuing county clerk’s office when the license was issued in Tarrant, Hood, Johnson, Parker, or Wise County. Return arrangements for licenses issued elsewhere will be confirmed before booking.
Travel
Package rates include travel within 40 miles of Benbrook. We can travel farther, including beyond our primary five-county service area; additional travel fees apply and will be quoted before booking.
